Free Roller Skating, Santa’s Village & Frozen in Concert
Hi there,
Congratulations on almost making it through the 2022 school year!
This end-of-school period is particularly poignant for our family.
Lady AB, the little baby who inspired me to start TOT: HOT OR NOT, graduates from primary school this year. It seems like just yesterday she was wearing a school backpack that was too big for her, striding into her first classroom and picking up a book to read. She’s never looked back - devouring endless books, making many friends and becoming a curious, creative, broad-minded tweenager. She now wears my shoes, uses her pocket money for Spotify subscriptions and listens to the same 90s music that I listened to at the same age.
Next week is her graduation ceremony. Will I cry? Most likely.
As this is our last school holidays before Lady AB goes to high school I’m trying to take as much of a break from work as I can. It’s hard when you run your own business! Luckily I have got an amazing team around me, so for the next few weeks you’ll be hearing from Katie, Marlieke and Nina until I’m back at my desk (part-time) in January.
Have a great week and see you in 2023!
Joyce
